Another great feature of Les Charmettes, are the large and private garden plots. Unlike most parks, where as many mobile homes as possible are cramped in to a small area. At Les Charmettes a great deal of planning has gone in to the layout of the park.
This includes giving plenty of garden space to each mobile home.
We have supplied sun loungers and patio furniture for you to relax in the warm Charente sunshine. Because of the large hedges that surround most plots, you can really feel quite private in your garden.

With all the activities and the choice of relaxing in your own space you may not want to leave the site. However there are lots of places to visit.

Bikes are a great way to get around the site. There are also lovely cycle paths through the forests to the beaches. Peak season you can cut through the traffic and avoid overheating.
If you don’t fancy taking your own with a bike rack, you can hire bikes on site.
They do reduced rates for family bookings and for longer periods. They also have pull along trailers and child seats.

If you want thrills, around the corner is “The Indian Village” Zip wires galore! I prefer to take the photos!?!

There are many lovely towns to visit, using Les Charmettes as a base. Not to mention the Cognac and wine sampling venues.
